Senson team proudly presented gluten free malt extracts in Barcelona Free From Functional Food Expo 2022. Visitors stopping by at our stand were positively surprised with wide range of samples that were offered for tasting with and without gluten free extracts including chocolate chip cookies, BBQ sauces and granolas from our own kitchen.
Senson being one of seven companies attending Food From Finland – stand our own chef Arttu Ruusunen from Senson was accompanied by chef Kim Palhus from Tarinapata Oy creating some unforgettable Finnish tapas on site. One of them being roasted carrots seasoned with gluten free malt extract based BBQ sauce and served with vegan wasabi mayonnaise. In this suggestion we also included new ingredient from our NPD pipeline with interesting trendy flavor and great foaming properties. What a great way to get customer feedback from new ingredient.
