Organic liquid malt extracts

Senson organic series are produced using cereals grown by committed organic farmers in the nearby area and produced to malt by our sister company Viking Malt. This allows to deliver high quality malts and cereals for our organic liquid products. Due to our good supply we also produce number of tailor-made liquid products for our customers.

Senson Organic series are liquid malt extracts made of organic barley malt. Depending on the malt type used they are found either in light or black colour. Light variant is made of light colored pilsner malt having pleasent pilsner malt type of characteristics. Black variant is made using black malt delivering black colour, roasted flavors and antioxidants to the end product. Both products are used in food and beverage industry.

Senson Organic Liquid Malt Light 10 is an inactive, light brown organic malt extract. It has no amylolytic enzyme activity. It is produced of organic barley malt and has a characteristic malty flavour. It contains no colourings, preservatives or other food additives.
