Am 10.th<\/sup> M\u00e4rz feierte die Industriegesellschaft von Lahti ihr 80-j\u00e4hriges Bestehen.th<\/sup> Jahrestag in der Waldhalle der Sibelius-Halle in Lahti mit \u00fcber 300 Teilnehmern. Das fr\u00f6hliche Abendprogramm umfasste Live-Musik, inspirierende Reden, eine Preisverleihung und eine Fotoshow, die die lange Geschichte der Gesellschaft zeigte.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Feierlichkeiten bereitete das finnische K\u00fcchenteam ein Vier-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fc mit lokalen Zutaten und Spezialit\u00e4ten von Lebensmittelherstellern aus der Umgebung zu. Eine dieser Zutaten war Senson Umami - ein aus Favabohnen hergestellter Extrakt. Er wurde im zweiten Gang des Jubil\u00e4umsmen\u00fcs verwendet: K\u00fcrbis auf zwei Arten, Kr\u00e4uter- und Favabohnenconsomm\u00e9. Senso Umami verlieh diesem sch\u00f6nen und sehr geschmackvollen veganen Gericht eine fleischige, umamiartige Note.<\/p>\n

Senson stellt hochwertige Lebensmittelzutaten auf pflanzlicher Basis aus lokal angebauten Zutaten her. Wir f\u00fchlen uns geehrt, dass unser Umami-Extrakt von unserer Nationalmannschaft verwendet wird, in der junge Profik\u00f6che unter der Leitung von Spitzenk\u00f6chen arbeiten. Zu wissen, dass Senson Umami von den Besten verwendet wird, l\u00e4sst das gesamte Senson-Team mit einem breiten L\u00e4cheln zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n
