Starch industry

In our own production facility, we produce cereal enzymes that break down starch. Our beta-amylase enzyme product, Betalase, is 100 % vegetable-based and GMO free. The product is cost-efficient and technologically easy-to-use for controlled starch hydrolysis, for example in the production of maltose syrups.
