Senson’s own R&D

We develop our production and services continuously.Our internal R&D aims at the continuous improvement of our products and processes, and developing new products. We pay special attention to refining the favourable characteristics of raw materials and delivering them into ingredients that add value to our clients.

Our Technology centre, which comprises Senson’s research and development, has a modern product development laboratory and a pilot factory, which together employ approximately ten people.

In our pilot factory it is possible to test our clients’ solutions and to produce consumer product prototypes. For example, it is possible to test malt and malt extracts in cereal, and bakery products, as well as in beers and other beverages.

In addition, Senson has access to its sister company Viking Malt’s quality control laboratory and its personnel.
